To accommodate a growing membership, WBA designed a newly constructed English Tudor-style manor to replace the chapter's original home. Carefully situated to respect the surrounding residential neighborhood, the home's L-shaped footprint smartly conceals the parking lot while preserving a sprawling front lawn. The interior is anchored by a grand wooden staircase, library, and formal living room, which flow into a combined dining and chapter room flooded with natural light from east- and west-facing windows. The upper levels comfortably house 72 residents and are fully equipped with lounges, private study spaces, laundry, and single-occupancy bathrooms. A deep, stone-arched front porch completes the design, offering a welcoming, expansive outdoor gathering space for the entire chapter.
