Courtney chose the Construction Administrator path because it brings something new every day. After years of estimating bids on similar projects, he wanted a role with variety – and now he gets to dive into some of his favorite projects like MSU’s Azalea Hall and Sanderson Center renovations. The ever – changing challenges keep things exciting (and never boring).

His dream project? Building a football stadium or basketball arena – though next on his bucket list is would be luxury high-rise apartments. Inspired by his father and motivated by values like confidence, integrity, and adaptability, Courtney brings a steady, thoughtful approach to every job.

When he’s not on-site, you’ll probably find him on the pickleball court, at CHAR in Jackson or the L27 Rooftop Lounge in Nashville, or traveling – Scottsdale being a favorite stop for its sunshine, energy, and innovation. He’s a big believer that execution matters more than ideas, and he appreciates being part of a firm where collaboration feels like family.
