Chi Omega Louisiana State University
To accommodate a rapidly growing chapter, our firm designed a thoughtful 26,700-square-foot expansion and complete interior renovation of the Chi Omega House at Louisiana State University. The project required seamlessly blending old and new, meticulously preserving the historic front facade while adding a new wing and an additional story that match the home's original architectural charm. Designed for both large-scale sisterhood events and everyday living, the updated home features an expanded chapter room, a sprawling new dining room capable of seating 240 people, a modernized kitchen, a new house director's suite, and 28 total bedrooms. A stunning new North courtyard, complete with elegant landscaping and a central fountain, was constructed to serve as the heart of the property, effortlessly connecting the existing spaces with the new construction.
