Molly Diffee

NCIDQ

Molly’s path to interior design started long before her time at Mississippi State University. By age 10, she was rearranging her bedroom furniture weekly and spending hours with her mom flipping through wallpaper books. Add in years of art classes, a brief detour into business school during a global recession, and eventually the Interior Design program at MSU – and you’ve got a creative career that feels like it was meant to be.

Her first big project, Dudy Noble Field, gave her a crash course in athletic design, furniture packages, and large-scale collaboration with architects, consultants, and fellow designers. Since then, Molly has continued to create spaces that feel equal parts functional and magical, whether for athletics, hospitality, or anything in between.

When she’s not working, you might find her tending to a new hobby (currently hand-embroidering), relaxing on a boat, or enjoying family beach trips. She’s also a firm believer in the mantra: “Get comfortable with being uncomfortable in order to succeed.” Inspired by designers like Kelly Wearstler, Molly brings both creativity and conviction to her work – and after more than a decade at WBA, she’ll tell you it’s her coworkers that make it all worthwhile.
