Maddox chose architecture as a career because it offered something many professions don’t – a chance to be creative every single day. His work celebrates structure and materials, with projects like the Natchez Trace Cub Lake Lodge standing out as a favorite for its simplicity and beauty.
Originally from Texas, Maddox now calls Tennessee home.
Outside of work, Maddox enjoys a routine that balances productivity and calm. He claims his go-to spot in Nashville is his apartment, but if you’re lucky, you can catch him at Mother’s Ruin. His food opinions? Pizza is always a yes, and boneless wings win every time (he admits he might eat like a toddler). Food aside, if he could have lunch with anyone it would be Helen Demarcus.
