Kortney Ratzlaff

Kortney joined WBA in January of 2024 after spending the majority of her career in the AEC industry and realizing how much she loves it. Most of her family, including her husband, work in construction, so she is no stranger to all the sides of design and building. Kortney is inspired by the passion she sees in her fellow teammates, in both the work and relationships they have built, and is committed to furthering their success. She loves learning new things, specifically around DIY and plants. One allows her to be creative, the other requires responsibility, and both require lots of patience and adapting, as does Marketing, so she is right at home in this job. Kortney’s favorite thing about the Nashville office – outside of the people, of course – is that it’s just two blocks down from her favorite lunch spot, Little Hats.
