Gulfport’s $105 million town center project officially broke ground Friday. Officials gathered to celebrate the milestone and reveal the development’s official name. Gulfport officials, state officials and developers gathered to celebrate the project, Channel South, which will be transformative for the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
WBA worked with Bellamare Development and AnderCorp to create a mixed-use development which will bring apartments, roof top bars, street-level dining and shopping. Also a part of the site is a new hotel designed by Dale Partners. Read more about the exciting news below!
