Drew Maxon

Drew has been fascinated with how the world is put together ever since he peeked over his dad’s shoulder as a kid and saw him sketching a bathroom cutaway (despite working in hospitality, not architecture). That moment lit the spark that led him into design.

He is known for his collaborative spirit and believes the best leaders are also the best teammates, ready to roll up their sleeves whenever needed. Around the office, he’s the rare no-coffee person (we’re still figuring out how he pulls that off). When asked pizza or pasta, he doesn’t have to choose – his wife has perfected a pepperoni pizza pasta bake!

When he’s not sketching or building, you’ll find Drew in the mountains, busy renovating the house he and his wife are turning into a family home, hanging out at Urban Foxes, or watching TV. His favorite reminder? “There is nothing you can do that will make God love you any more or any less than he already does.”
