Ashley’s path to architecture started early – her family noticed her natural interests and skills long before she did (though endless hours of Legos and Sims were a pretty good clue). Today, she enjoys coordinating projects that make a difference, with the Pearl Fire Stations holding a special place in her heart – though she admits she’s biased, being married to a Clinton Captain.
Looking ahead, Ashley would love to keep working on fire stations or community-focused projects like a Boys & Girls Club. She believes “good luck is when preparation meets opportunity,” a mantra that guides her work and life alike.
Originally from Tulsa, Ashley has called Mississippi home since age 10. When she’s not coordinating projects, she’s usually fixing up her house, heading outdoors for concerts, hiking, rappelling, or spending time with family, friends, and pets. Her travel highlight so far? Dubrovnik, Croatia – where she explored King’s Landing (for the Game of Thrones fans), swam along the castle walls, and ate pear gelato while dodging sea urchins.
At work, Ashley values our “work hard, play hard” spirit paired with a good sense of humor – because great projects are built by people who enjoy the process as much as the result.
