Wade has had the privilege of working on many memorable projects, but nothing quite tops his favorite — the additions and renovations to Mississippi State’s Polk-Dement Stadium, better known as “The Dude” (aka “The Carnegie Hall of College Baseball”). For Wade, it was the perfect mix of tradition, passion, and ballpark magic.
His outlook on work (and life) is simple: don’t sweat the small stuff. Whether he’s guiding a team through a complex renovation or starting a project from the ground up, Wade knows how to keep things in perspective.
When he’s not working, you might find him pedaling his bike around the neighborhood, enjoying the mountains, admiring iconic architecture like Louis Kahn’s Salk Institute, or unapologetically doing absolutely nothing. His secret superpower? A positive attitude that makes even the toughest projects feel doable.
