WBA Architecture worked with the Golden Triangle Development LINK to design their new 8,000 SF office in Columbus, MS. After assisting the client in site selection, the team landed on a location adjacent to the regional airport—an ideal fit given the organization’s role in bringing industry partners into the area and its proximity to many of their existing developments. The new facility includes nine offices (one flex), a large training room for meetings and events, a breakroom with kitchen, and a shower for staff returning from site visits. The exterior features metal paneling paired with rich wood cladding sourced from Alabama-based Overseas Wood Company. Built by Columbus contractor Burks-Mordecai, the project benefited from a smooth, collaborative construction process.
