WBA is proud to announce the promotion of Julie Markle to Partner for her exceptional service to our clients, our projects and to the development of our internal team.
In her 8 years with the firm, she has emerged as a highly regarded project manager, whose clients continue to seek her out for her dedication to the whole project, from communicating Owner vision during initial design concepts to following through on the details in construction. She is also a strong mentor to emerging designers in the firm, creating internal networking and learning opportunities to continue the growth and development of the WBA team.
As a Project Manager, Julie has developed a wide range of proficiency in creating dynamic experiences for public/civic, hospitality, and athletics projects. She has managed diverse teams on many notable community projects, including the Brandon Amphitheater at Quarry Park, the Mississippi Trade Mart and the restoration of the Capri Theatre in Fondren neighborhood. She is also leading efforts in campus development at her alma mater Mississippi State University with several ongoing athletics projects.
No matter what type of project she is working on, Julie’s focus is the client’s needs down to the minute details. Julie will continue leading project management efforts on local community impact projects and play a key role in stewarding new client relationships to support firm growth. We are very excited about the future of WBA with Julie’s addition to the leadership team!
