We are seeking a talented Marketing Director with 2-5 years professional job experience to join our team. This position can be located in the Jackson or Nashville office. Come lead, learn, and grow with us!
Responsibilities:
- Manage proposal process: maintain content database and templates; work with technical staff to produce qualifications including schedules, teams, and graphic content
- Oversee website updates and social media content
- Oversee project photography
- Manage special events including business development activities and philanthropic efforts
- Aid in award submissions, advertising and publication content development
- Prepare presentation planning for client meetings as requested
- Prepare internal and external marketing materials such as apparel, brochures, and event collateral
- Aid in research for target markets, project research, and potential clients
- Develop and oversee CRM system
- Responsible for establishing and nurturing an internal and external company-wide marketing strategy, integrating partner input and employee buy-in
- This role will work closely with the Operations Manager, Firm Partners, and Associates
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2-5 years marketing experience in the AEC industry preferred
- Strong working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite
- Prior experience with proposals and project pursuits in the AEC industry preferred
- Team player that enjoys working in a highly collaborative environment in multiple office locations
- Strong communication, coordination, and organization skills
